Filipino mid laner Armel “Armel” Tabios is set to join one of the most decorated Dota 2 teams in the world.
Team Secret announced on Saturday night that it has acquired the services of the former Fnatic star in its bid to return to the Dota Pro Circuit Western Europe 2023 Tour 2: Division II.
The powerhouse Dota 2 organization dropped to Division II after finishing last in Division I of the first tour.
Team Secret only managed to score a win after six games which relegated them to Division II for the second tour.
Armel last played for Fnatic in the DPC SEA 2023 Tour 1: Division I but the team, after getting dropped to Division II, decided to shut down its Dota 2 operations to focus on other ventures.
Ex-Virtus.pro soft support Daniyal “yamich” Lazebnyy will join Armel in the new-look Team Secret. Remco “Crystallis” Arets, Miroslav “BOOM” Bičan, and Clement “Puppey” Ivanov complete the roster.
